TERMS OF SERVICES
Welcome to ZoyTheBoi's official Terms of Services. Please make sure to read the following guidelines before using their services. By commissioning an artwork from ZoyTheBoi you automatically agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Services.
ARTWORK USAGE
- All artworks created by Zoytheboi are protected by the copyright law. Any unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.- By default, artworks are intended for personal use only, however commercial use is available as well.- Clients are ought to credit me under every publication of my artwork. Use active social media or portfolio websites only.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Revolut, Ko-Fi, SwedBank (only for local mutuals), Nitro subscription.- (PayPal only) Payment must be sent via an invoice. Client must provide their PayPal email for the artist to send an invoice to an agreed amount.- Client must send the payment prior to the start of the commission. In case of split payment (50/50), first half must be sent upfront and second half right after the approval sketch.- Split payments are only eligible for commissions worth at least 20€/21$.- Pricing of the commission will not change depending on your budget. Any additional amount will be considered a tip.-By default, all prices are converted to Euros (€) and USD ($). When converting my prices to other currencies, please, note that conversion system of Google may differ from Paypal's hence the differences in prices.
COMMISSION PROCESS
- To order, clients should either fill out a form or DM ZoyTheBoi on Discord or Telegram.- All order details, such as description, clean references, links, etc. must be sent during the discussion of the commission. I will ask if anything else is needed.- All references must be clean and HQ for artist to have a better understanding of your desired scenario.- Client is guaranteed to receive an approval sketch right after the artist has received the payment.- Throughout the process you will receive multiple Work In Progress (WIP) shots to make the best results.- Free revisions are allowed throughout the whole process unless it requires to change a notable part of the artwork.- Client cannot ask for full makeover of an already rendered artwork. Additional fee will apply.
TURNAROUND TIME
- Turnaround time will be communicated with the client during the commission.- If a specific deadline is needed it must be states prior to the payment and the discussion about the details. Rush fee may be charged.
REFUNDS
- Refunds system shows % clients will receive:
Before start - 100%
Started - 70%+
In process - 50%+
Near the end - 20%-10%- No refunds can be issued after the artwork is fully done.

Returning customers - 15% off on orders over 50€/52$Close friends - 30% off for orders over 90€/94$Ship/couple art - 10% off
COMMERCIAL USE
- Commercial use is +100% on top of base price.- Artist's watermark can be removed from the piece as long as proper credit will be given.- Commercial use is considered anything the client can use to gain profit from. Those are usually considered Youtuber, streamer profile elements (profile picture, banner) or Studio size projects. Please provide information about your potential usage of the commission unless provided beforehand.- Commercial projects agreements may vary, so prior discussions are advised.
